While shooting, you should be documenting every video along with the provider’s information. This info will be needed during the uploading process.

1) Write down each provider’s name, credentials, specialty, and title (e.g., Chief Medical Officer)

2) While recording videos, keep a record of each video’s title, and any potential “tags” (search terms) that you would want for the video. Tags help the video be found when users search for a topic such as “foot pain”, “treatments”, “University Hospital”, “John Smith”, etc.
